Are you a new patient?
If you are a new patient we welcome you to our practice. We ask if all new patients can fill out the “Welcome To The Practice” form here and complete to save time and avoid delays on the day of your appointment. Either email it to reception@ascotoptical.com.au or print it out and bring it with you to the appointment.
Where should I park?
Continue down the driveway beside Figg Cafe. We have two parking spaces marked number three on the concrete as shown on the map below.
